And naturally you want to try and survive, but you can't do it alone. In the world's darkest hour, people you knew only from the internet are forming a team to ride out this storm.
And YOU are a part of it- fighting zombies, fleeing the disaster zone, and maybe even living through this...
OKAY! Let's work on a story with nine other people! (Or more if I'm so fortunate)
All you need to do is contribute a couple thousand words to the story and follow a simple structure.

Future Plans and Exciting Stuff
Hi All!
Been busy lately with job stuff and travel plans! (which I'm really looking forward to.) So that and bill-paying has taken time away from the 'social' life of here and Steam.
But now that I have a solid schedule and...now that I'm officially older than the Scout...
It's high time to get some long-term money-making art goals in order.
I've been thinking about starting commissions soon. Seriously. So...
I'm establishing more work-time-allowance for me to do studies and practice in the areas I'm weak.
And that's where I need y'all's help. So I can get a timing down on how long it would take to do these commissions, etc.

Big Story Project
Guess what?!
I wrote a short story and drew a lot of pictures for it.
Off and on, I've been making this since September, or late August if you count the picture that inspired the story.
IT'S ALMOST DONE AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SHOW YOU!
So here's a little sample:
You can (please do) guess whatever you want about the three principle characters here.
I will be releasing the story and drawings consecutively over a few days- hopefully at the same time each day. I haven't tried the dA premium scheduled posting feature yet, so I had better before my membership runs out.

And I was still a neophyte in the boxing ring...
I managed twelve rounds of the onslaught- OH it was ruthless. Brutal. Two-jobs brutal. Learning-to-drive brutal. Looking-up-roommates-on-craigslist brutal.
Here's how it went down:
The first four rounds went okay. I was dodging awkward blows. I took it in stride.
I thought I was doing pretty great in round five, with graduation and all- The fans roared- I was landing punches.
Then, his uppercut caught me under the chin in round six.
As I struggled to get up, the referee handed me a ticket. Something about it being a public roadway and I had left a dent.
That was hard to recover from.

Current Objectives
Well, I've uploaded the requests separate like I said I would. And I fixed up some of the requests that needed touch-ups, but there is nothing new for now. I have a few bigger projects that I still need to get finished. Expect those soonish.
Life has also gotten busy- but it's the good kind of busy. I just need to dedicate more of my time to job stuff.

This sounds really interesting! I would like to join and have created an oasis account. This is really great because I wasn't able to find a creative writing club at my school.
